Tipi are spearheading a new way of renting in London. With 24 hour concierge-assisted, fully furnished, Samsung-equipped apartments of every size and for every type of dweller, they are providing a fresh alternative to the status quo.
This new standpoint deserves a call to arms, a rallying cry where their 24-point manifesto of inherent benefits can underpin a revolutionary way to look at the market. We positioned the brand as rebel leaders in their category, and their tenants (although never call them that) as rebels who have joined the cause.
The outdoor campaign ran alongside the launch of a new brand identity for Tipi – with heavy media placement throughout London's tube network, and large-scale OOH placements in Wembley and the surrounding areas.
